1. Used for treating manic psychosis, making sedatives, etc. It is a raw material for producing lithium compounds and metallic lithium. Can be used as an electrolytic bath additive for aluminum smelting. It is widely used in industries such as glass, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, and food, and can also be used in synthetic rubber, dyes, semiconductors, and military and defense industries.
2. Used as an anti manic drug.
